All Classic Boats for sale
This is a charming wide beam boat that I designed and had built by Trickett boat builders in 2012. She is basically a steel wide beam but much of her is clad in varnished teak so she has a very traditional classic look. She makes a wonderful year round houseboat with a wood burner and warm air heating for winter and lots of opening windows for the summer. I have enjoyed living aboard for 12 months. There are large opening windows, and full width doors to the forward cockpit allowing a real outdoor feeling from within the saloon. There is a cover for the forward cockpit so it can be an extra ro...

Heard 28 Classic Gaff Cutter
Boat Name: Victoria Ruth
Built in 2002, 'Victoria Ruth’ is one of the last few Heard 28’s to have been built by Martin Heard.
This sea kindly ’go-anywhere' vessel is based upon the lines of traditional Falmouth oyster dredgers and inshore fishing boats of Cornwall. She is extremely solid and 'Victoria Ruth’ is surprisingly fast.
Later Heard 28’s such as this one, feature raised topsides and a longer coachroof giving considerably more cabin space & headroom while still preserving the handsome lines of this mode...

REGINA is a beautiful 56 foot converted German fishing cutter.
This year 2024 REGINA has been in drydock to have a full hull survey, some wood repairs and new coating. The two masts were taken off, surveyed and got new coating as well.
Surveyreport available on request. Refit deck 2025.
REGINA operated as a 56ft Oostsee fishing cutter until 1978.
These cutters were very famous for their seaworthiness.
Despite the heavy construction, they glide smoothly over waters. This is because of the shape of the underwater ship that has not changed since the 19th century. Long used for sailing...

Classic Gentleman’s Wooden Motor Yacht: Lady Kathryn. Built in 1929, this exquisite classic twin-screw wooden motor yacht, known as Lady Kathryn, is rich in history. In 1940, the Admiralty requisitioned it, and it is widely believed to have played a role in the Dunkirk evacuation during Operation Dynamo that same year. The vessel is powered by twin Perkins P6 130HP diesel engines and offers a total of 4 berths, including one double berth and a further 2 single berths across two cabins. The stern of the vessel offers a galley leading on to a large room that currently has a dining table for at...

Built by Medina Yacht Company in 1965
Little Otter is a much-loved classic Folkboat, offering simple, elegant two-berth cruising and the character of a traditional wooden yacht. I have owned her since 2002 and, after many happy years, the time has come to find her a new custodian.
She is carvel-built in Honduras mahogany on oak frames and is presented in good order throughout. During my ownership, she has benefited from regular care, annual winter maintenance ashore from her River Hamble mooring. Work has been carried out by me, friends and professional yards
Significant recent investment i...

'Gean' is a Loch Long One Design keelboat, built in 1957 by Nunns of Waldringfield. Approximately 12 years ago she was fitted with a new coachroof, which although different in design to the original, has been accepted by the class. Since then the boat has been laid up, and is now in need of some TLC to bring her back to pristine condition. 'Gean' can be raced with the Loch Long One Design fleets on the Alde in Suffolk as well as the Clyde in Scotland. Alternatively she will make a very rewarding day-sailer for friends and family, and for club racing. She is equipped with 2 ...
