I bought the boat in 2001 . I worked as an Officer in the Navy . The boat has been moored up 99.9 percent of the time. I have had a full survey and dry docking in Eastbourne 2019 . Presently the boat is in St Valery in France. Very close to Dieppe.

Engines are TAMD 61A. (306HP each) The Princess has the following installed . There are about 400 hours on the engines .Full airconditioning. fore and aft (two units). There is also a satellite tv system dome installed. The galley has Microwave , gas hob and electric hob. New Webasto 5500 Heater installed 4 years ago and and only used for an hour or two.

The carpet was renewed 4 years ago . The condition of the boat is beautiful . Care has been taken to maintain the boat. New Fly Bridge canvas cover and new canvas for the windows.

The bathrooms are perfect as is the rest of the boat. The Princess is perfect to become a live on board. Two bedrooms with ensuit bathrooms.

Main bar has a small fridge and wet sink . LED tv plus a blu tooth valve amplifier to enhance music/tv .

There is a 3 metre dingy on the davits and the dingy had a 4 stroke engine .

I am advertising this boat as I have not been onboard for quite a time due to personal reasons.. .... The Princess can be brought over to the uk if required..... (Brighton ). I have a very large bag of Bills/history from the previous owner and myself over the years..

I installed a stainless steel holding tank .
