Inca is a beautifully maintained 1989 John Deblin Marine cruiser stern narrowboat, a wonderful boat for living aboard, beautiful interior and well kitted out for self sufficient living. Recently upgraded with modern solar power system and full victron outfit. Ideal for both leisure cruising and full-time living. Plenty of space for a couple to live comfortably.

- 1000L 2 pack Epoxy Coated Water Tank
- 200L Diesel Tank

Living aboard:
Heating - Two stoves are on Inca, a solid fuel Morso stove and Refleks diesel heater and central heating system extending through the whole boat, with two radiators.
Calorifier for shower running from central heating, boat engine or immersion (in Summer this can be fully powered by the solar panels)
Washing Machine - Convenient onboard laundry facilities which again can be run fully from solar power during summer.

Double Bifold Doors - Lead to the well deck from the living room to enjoy a cup of tea on the river.

Mooring:
Located in picturesque and convenient location of Old Windsor. A very sort-after mooring location, close to road access and on the Thames Path.
Mooring sold with the boat on a rental agreement with landlord for £450 per month (paid on the 1st of the month) + water and electric mains services connection for £50 a month.
