Description

"Sandpiper" hull number 421 one of the last ones built. Moulded in fibreglass to the original clinker shape. Black exterior and cream interior with oiled hardwood thwarts, gunwhales. and floorboards. Very little use and kept indoors for most of it's life so very good condition. Classic red sails, Snipe road trailer, 3.3hp Mercury two stroke outboard motor, boom up boat cover, lighting board, spare wheel and security trailer lock plus all other equipment included for sailing, rowing or fishing. Twin bilge keels, pivoting galvanised cast iron centreboard and lifting rudder blade makes beaching is easy or can be left on a mooring. Very versatile craft which can be used for sailing, rowing, motoring or fishing. I am now in my 80s so sandpiper is no longer used and needs a new owner to get the benefit of her.
