A modern Collingwood wide beam cruiser with reverse layout, sleeps 4 berthed at Liverpool Marina.
Placed in the marina in December 2022.
Blacked in April 2026 and new anodes added.
There is a pram cover over the stern and plenty of storage lockers. This has been used as a work space and greenhouse providing a plentiful supply of tomatoes potatoes and herbs as well as somewhere pleasant to sit and watch the world go by.
The boat consists of a kitchen, living area with TV and multi burning stove with an oven space to cook casseroles and bread plus anything else you may require. A corridor with shower room leading to the double bedroom and double doors to a pleasant sitting area.
With added extras of double glazing, full sized kitchen units including a pullout larder cupboard.with full sized Bosch fridge freezer and Bosch halogen hob, plus a Beko washing machine capable wash load of 7.5kg. The worktops are handmade and add depth to the overall look. A large skylight ensures plenty of daylight and a wonderful viewing space to watch the night sky. A Water Freedom, water system, that purifies canal and river water to be used for showering, washing and many other uses, also means you never run out of water. (However not to be used in brackish waters.) The system is covered by a radiator cover which also provides a small shelf. The shower room is large enough to host a large electric clothes dryer that can also warm the bathroom this can then be stored when not in use beside the two double fitted glass fronted wardrobes along with the ironing board in the bedroom.
There is also cabling installed for solar panels to be fitted if and when required.
Overall a very pleasant boat and certainly worth having a look at and making a reasonable offer.
Apart from a few personal items and some of the accessories such as baskets etc all furniture and items will be sold with the boat.
