Teapot is a unique 60’ x 12’ Widebeam Live-aboard with all the mod cons moored near Reading (potential mooring transfer)

The boat used to be a 50 covers restaurant with some unusual features which allows the internal space to be more like that of a 70ft boat, namely:
The bedroom is cut into the bow
The Barrus Shire 55hp engine (2017) is hydraulically offset to allow maximum internal kitchen space
The low-profile hull allows for access to shallower water and better maneuverability in the water whilst allowing much roomier internal headroom (7ft)
You can enter Teapot from either side with moveable stairs

Until recently Teapot was used as a music recording studio with every room wired for sound
The wiring can be left in, as can the piano (on wheels) and furniture which is all 19inches allowing studio rack gear to be mounted inside
All studio equipment can be hidden behind doors and fake drawer fronts
The furniture is all midcentury Nathan teak
