We have happily called this boat our home for the last 4 years with our now 3 year old daughter. Only reason we are selling as our family needs have changed.

Steel hull:
10mm base plate, 6mm lower walls, 5mm upper walls, 4mm roof, with black 2-pack epoxy protection below the waterline.
Ballast – 2.5 tonnes engineering brick under subfloor placed onto 5mm spaces above base plate for air flow and moister egress

Exterior painted RAL 5020 “Ocean Blue”. 4 brass mushroom vents, adjustable brass LED headlights, bespoke solid iroko stern doors and side-hatch/duck-feeder doors with double glazing and brass furniture.

Subfloor – 18mm WBP plywood, 50mm PIR rigid insulation board, acoustic underlay (with
8mm tongue and groove laminate floorboard finish)

40hp Barrus-Shire diesel engine.
Starter battery and starter motor replaced in 2025.
Engine serviced yearly with new filters and oil change done in 2025

Insulated throughout with closed-cell spray foam to walls/ceiling, 50mm PIR underfloor insulation, acoustic underlay and Rockwool soundproofing to internal bulkheads. 18mm WBP plywood subfloor with tongue-and-groove laminate finish.

Windows by Wesley Marine: 3 x 15.5” opening portholes and 3 x 36” x 21” hopper windows in gold finish.
Bedroom windows fitted in 2023, double glazed with thermal break frames.

Power: 300Ah Lithium Iron LifePO4 domestic battery with Bluetooth, fitted Jan 2025; 2 x Victron BlueSolar 175W panels, 350W total; Victron EasySolar 12V 1600VA inverter/charger/MPPT; Victron BMV-712 Bluetooth monitor; USB, 12V and 230V sockets throughout. IMPAX 1700W inverter petrol generator included. Shore power connection included
